The Mean Looking Kid is a kid a Timmy's school. He plays a minor role in "The Big Problem!" and makes background cameos in two other episodes.
Character[]
The boy has a hooligan attitude and is described as "mean and scary". He apparently wants fairy godparents so he can make their heads come off.
He shows more than a passing resemblance (in both looks and personality) to Sid from Toy Story.
History[]
In "The Big Problem!", he appears in a dream scene when he cut off a doll's head with an airplane and find it "AWESOME!". The first fairy reassignment worker wants Cosmo and Wanda to be godparents of the boy when Timmy grew up by a wish and didn't deserve them anymore. In order to stall for time until Timmy can become a kid again, Timmy had to give the reassignment worker five dollars for every two hours that he wanted to spend with his godparents before they would leave. When Timmy finally becomes a kid again, the fairy reassignment worker ends up being the boy's fairy godparent as karma towards giving Timmy, Cosmo, and Wanda a hard time. When the messenger fairy appears the kid's hand, he gets excited and asks the messenger "Does your head pop off" to which the messenger nervously replies "Uh, It's... not supposed to".
The boy makes a background cameo in the food fight that occurs in Abra-Catastrophe!.
In Mind Over Magic, he's involved when kids want to take the Anti-Mind Reading Helmet from Denzel Crocker after he cheated them with pretended circumstances which ends with him and the other kids beating Crocker with piñata sticks under Francis' suggestion.
