• Friends - Hummanuh's annoying nasally laugh is a reference to the infamous laugh of Janice Litman's on the NBC sitcom.
• King Kong - The scene when Hummanuh is climbing a tall building is based off the iconic climax.
• Lucille Ball - Mrs. Crocker has a celebrity hair collection and the bag with curly red hair is from Lucille Ball from the 1951 sitcom I Love Lucy.

• Crocker blaming Timmy for everything.

• Hummanuh using her frog-like tongue to grab things.

Continuity & Easter Eggs

• This episode is a direct callback to The Odd Couple, where Timmy wishes up a boyfriend for Vicky. The "Mr. Crocker's in Love" song in the "love montage" is a reprise of the "Vicky's in Love" song from that episode.
  • There was also a cut second "love montage", where Crocker and Hummanuh make Timmy's home life miserable, which also would've paralleled "The Odd Couple".
• This is the fourth time someone was erroneously dubbed as the sound someone makes. In this case, it was Hummanuh and Yowza.
