- In "Presto Change-O," Mama Cosma had the 9-hour flu. She was so ill that she forgot that she hates Wanda, and she treated Wanda nicely and treated Cosmo like a servant.
- After Poof was added to the show, Wanda's relationship with her mother-in-law does end up improving (to some extent at least). Wanda at least trusts Mama Cosma enough to keep an eye on Poof (and Timmy) in situations where they have to leave him out of something.
