Magnate Power is a power company located near Dimmsdale, California, which is run by Hugh J. Magnate Jr. It has only appeared in "A Fairly Odd Movie: Grow Up Timmy Turner!"
Information
This power company was attempting to expand into Dimmsdale after their satellites detected large deposits of oil underneath the city. The company was to build a hotel/oil well on the site of Dimmsdale Park, but were stopped by Tootie who chained herself to the Dimmsdale Dogwood tree in the center of the park. Despite her refusal to go away, Magnate ordered his bulldozers and workers with chainsaws to tear down the tree, but Timmy quickly uses his wishes to stop the bulldozers and be rid of the chainsaws. He then wishes for Chompy to eat Magnate's pants, thus humiliating him and saving Tootie and the tree.
After Crocker revealed to Magnate that Timmy has fairies, Magnate planned to use their magic to give him all the oil he needs for his company as well as build the hotel/oil well over Dimmsdale Park.
After capturing Tootie and Timmy's fairies, Magnate starts draining away the fairies' magic and using the said magic for his own personal gain. Timmy arrives and tries to fight him, but soon sees Magnate is too powerful with the magic at his disposal, so he goes to Tootie and passionately kisses her. Doing this officially makes him a grown-up and makes him lose his fairies, but this saves Cosmo, Wanda, and Poof from dying and removes all the magic that Magnate gained. Timmy states to Magnate it is about time he started growing up before he and Tootie leave.
At the conclusion of the movie, Magnate is arrested and deemed insane when he tries to explain the existence of fairies to the authorities. His assistant, Janice, takes over the company and switches to clean solar energy, thereby saving the Dimmsdale Park from being demolished.
Description
The company building appears to be situated mostly underground, with the bottom floor being the "evil lair".
