Character Guide - A New Wish Series
"The Fairly OddParents: A New Wish" is an animated series based on Nickelodeon's "The Fairly OddParents", taking place years after the original show in a different location with old and new characters.

| Hazel Wells is the main character of the show. As the title song states, she is "feeling all alone", as a result of her brother leaving for college. | Cosmo is one of Hazel's two fairy godparents. Along with his spouse, Wanda, he watches over Hazel and grants her wishes. He is shown to like Hazel and acts as something of a silly playmate to her. Dev Dimmadome |
| Dev Dimmadome is a frequent antagonist in the show. Dev became Hazel's friend in A New Dev-Elopment, but was blamed for the chaos caused in Lost and Founder's Day. | Peri is the son of Cosmo and Wanda, and one of the most important characters on the show. Unlike his parents, Peri presents a smooth, charismatic personality. Arc Characters[]
These characters only make a few appearances, but play a major role in those episodes. Subsequent appearances are often "sequels" to their debut, or closely connected. (Ex.
