Two-headed llama

• Apparently there are a lot of real fake things in Hollywood since some of the people in Hollywood are shown covering up something that would look bad or ugly to them. (Cosmo makes note of this.)
• This episode is part one of the possible Adam–Timmy–Chin relationship. Part two would be "Catman Meets The Crimson Chin".
• In this episode, Jay Leno and Adam West both guest star as themselves.
  • Aside from his hair, Leno appears almost the same as Chuck Cheesely, the talk show host from "Beddy Bye".
• This episode and "Movie Magic" have the same title in the Italian dub of the series ("Ciak, si gira").
• There is a pair of handprints outside Dann's Chinese theater that are signed "Chip Skylark".
• A lavender llama with two heads is walking behind Adam when he is on the dolly.

• TCL Chinese Theatre - Dann's Chinese Theatre is a parody of TCL Chinese Theatre, formerly known as Mann's Chinese Theatre, in Hollywood, famous for its celebrity handprint ceremonies.
• The Hollywood Walk of Fame has stars with the names of four Fairly OddParents crew members: Ernie Gilbert, George Goodchild, Larry Murphy (one of this episode's layout artists), and Butch Hartman.

• Super Mario Bros - The Bronze Kneecap's first rocket bears a resemblance to the enemy Bullet Bill.
• Jay Leno - When Crimson Chin crashes into a Hollywood broadcasting channel, he crashes into the set of a talk show at a moment when Jay Leno was interviewing Britney Britney.
• Star Wars - As mentioned in 77 Secrets of The Fairly OddParents Revealed!, there are tracks from R2-D2 outside Dann's Chinese Theatre.

Goofs

• During the close-up of the Bronze Kneecap's hand coming out from the Crimson Chin comic book, the background of the audition set appears before the scene actually fades there.
• As Bronze Kneecap flies across the sky before crashing into the trailer, Cosmo/Clefto's chin is pink instead of green.
• Jay Leno's role as the talk show host is not listed in the episode's credits.
