Katherine Elaine Soucie (born February 20, 1967) is an American voice actress best known for her work as Cubert Farnsworth from the television show FUTURAMA and Agent K from the The Replacements. She voiced 18-year-old Timmy who formerly had a chipmunk and girl voice in Channel Chasers, but was uncredited. She voiced 1-4 and 10 year old Phil and Lil, Belinda, the toddler builder, the other crybaby and other babies/kids in Rugrats and 1-4 and 10-14 year old Phil (who's too bad like Chuckie Finster/Angelica Pickles and a too bad, gross, mean, scary, weird, evil, bullying, and awkward liar, rapper, backup singer, dancer, one-day construction worker/builder, gangster/gangsta, former friend/former best friend of Tommy Pickles (probably sometimes) and Madelyn "Wally" Ramon-Richmond (Phil's former love interest, former girlfriend and former wife) and a best friend of Lil, Jeffrey Malcolm Esmeralda) and Lil (who's a singer, backup rapper, dancer and girlfriend/love interest/best friend of Jeffery, Phil and sometimes Tommy Pickles) (who are block-football-heads and like Rachel Ann Wyatt Alcroft/Allcroft and Emelia/Amelia Carnes Hangley the block-football-head) and other kids in All Grown Up!.
