Katherine Elaine Soucie (born February 20, 1967) is an American voice actress best known for her work as Cubert Farnsworth from the television show Futurama and Agent K from The Replacements. In Rugrats, she voiced 1-4 and 10 year old Phil and Lil DeVille, their mother Betty, Belinda, and other babies/kids in Rugrats. She also voiced Maddie Fenton in Danny Phantom, another cartoon series created by Butch Hartman.

In Fairly OddParents, she had an uncredited role as the voice of 18-year-old Timmy Turner in "Channel Chasers".
