Due to his appearance in the Fairy Idol movie, it is was speculated that he was no longer Remy Buxaplenty's fairy godparent. However, this is proven wrong in "Teacher's Pet", where it indicates that he still is. But later in Remy Buxaplenty's most recent appearance, Country Clubbed, Juandissimo is not referenced at all, which seems to indicate he is no longer his godparent.
Despite his flaws, he has been a very loving and loyal godparent for Remy. He has not only granted all of his wishes without any guilt (such as, surprisingly, allowed Remy to nearly kill Wanda), but has even gone as far as breaking the rules for him, and even looks after him (disguised as a turtle) when Remy had lost him and his memory of him.
Wanda's sister, Blonda, appears to be in love with Juandissimo--unfortunately for Blonda, the only woman Juandissimo truly loves is her twin sister, Wanda.
He and Dr. Rip Studwell have a few things in common, they have black hair, they’re both extremely vain and they love the ladies.
His voice is similar to Mr. Weed from Family Guy, who was also voiced by Carlos Alazraqui. Incidentally, Butch Hartman voiced Mr. Weed in the pitch for the pilot episode before being replaced by Carlos Alazraqui in the final version of the pilot and the rest of the episodes that Mr. Weed appeared in.
