Joshua Applebee was a godchild who, in December 19 1986 made a secret wish. This secret wish was for Chuckles The Fairy Eating Cockatiel. This resulted in secret wishes being banned and every wish that any godchild made being recorded and scrutinized. Why he made the wish is unknown, but Jorgen Von Strangle did state in Timmy's Secret Wish that little Joshua was one messed up kid.
