Joshua Applebee
Joshua Applebee was the first godchild who, on December 19th, 1986, made a secret wish. This secret wish was for Chuckles The Fairy Eating Cockatiel. Because of him, this resulted in a rule that secret wishes are forbidden and every wish that any godchild made must be recorded and scrutinized is added in Da Rules and the Fairy Law. Why he made the wish is unknown, but Jorgen Von Strangle did state in Timmy's Secret Wish that little Joshua was one messed-up kid.
