Information
His secret wish was for Chuckles The Fairy Eating Cockatiel. Because of him, this resulted in a rule that secret wishes are forbidden, and every wish that any godchild makes must be recorded and scrutinized. Why he made the wish is unknown, but Jorgen Von Strangle did state in Timmy's Secret Wish that little Joshua was one messed up kid.
