Jorge Guzman (generally referred to as Mr. Guzman) is a character from The Fairly OddParents: A New Wish. He is Hazel's teacher at Dimmadelphia Enrichment Academy.

Mr. Guzman is a somewhat short (he appears to be barely taller than Hazel), chubby, middle-aged Latino man with balding curly dark brown hair, brown eyes and a mustache. He wears a yellow shirt with a blue collar and a picture of a paper airplane, a green jacket, brown jeans and yellow slippers.
Personality[]
Mr. Guzman appears to be a lot kinder and supportive towards his students than Mr. Crocker. He is shown to be very friendly towards Hazel, as he does the cabbage patch dance with her, gently tells her not to worry about fitting in and that she'll find friends someday.
