Timmy needs to get a date for the Friday the 13th dance, so he goes to Retroville and asks Cindy Vortex, but at the same time Jimmy Neutron is doing it. Meanwhile, the Anti-Fairies have escaped again....

Being jealous at his godparents for their wonderful lifestyle, Timmy becomes a fairy godparent while Cosmo and Wanda become ordinary children. However, Timmy finds out that being a godparent takes more responsibility than he thought.
After every wimpy kid in the school was picked over him by Tad and Chad, and Trixie chose a rock over him as her lab partner, Timmy wishes that he was the most wanted kid on Earth. Unfortunately for Timmy, Cosmo and Wanda took the wish to its literal meaning, and not only are the police looking for Timmy because hes "wanted", but every fairy in Fairy World wants Timmy to be their godkid as well, and they hold a cage match to the last Fairy standing to decide who gets him!
Vicky chooses to cheat her way into winning the Miss Dimmsdale pageant by blackmailing one of the judges, the Mayor of Dimmsdale, and Timmy Turner's going to stop her with the help of Catman (Adam West). They decide to become judges to prevent Vicky from winning.
