"Jerk of All Trades" is the thirty-first episode of Season 9.
Plot[]
When Timmy inadvertently gets Jorgen fired from his job, he tries to help him get a new job.
Synopsis[]
Timmy wants to buy from an ice cream truck but has no money to pay. He wishes to Cosmo that he had a tree that grew money. Cosmo thinks wishing for money could be against Da Rules but needs to check to be sure. Timmy misleads Cosmo by giving him a cookbook that he claims is Da Rules with the title written in Swedish, and Cosmo grants the wish. Timmy and Cosmo return to Timmy's room with ice cream cones and see Jorgen crying. Jorgen reveals that because he was unable to stop Timmy from breaking Da Rules, the Fairy Council has fired him, in addition to taking away his wand and his house. Out of guilt, Timmy offers to help him find new work.
Timmy gets Jorgen a job as a personal trainer at a gymnasium. Jorgen takes Mr. Crocker as his first client, and ends up breaking his bones by dropping a barbell on him. Crocker later sues the gym, which leads to Jorgen losing his job. Jorgen then works as an usher at a movie theater, only to be fired after he dissuades a customer from seeing a movie by revealing the surprise at the end. Dimmsdale Elementary employs him as a school counselor, but he loses the job when he treats a student with a lack of empathy that makes her run off crying.
Juandissimo enforces Da Rules.
Jorgen says he wants to go back to his job as keeper of Da Rules but laments that it has already been taken by Juandissimo. Timmy gets the idea to have Wanda distract Juandissimo so he will not catch him making rule-breaking wishes and the Fairy Council will fire him. Dressed as a flamenco dancer, Wanda visits Juandissimo at his job and uses her charm to lure him away from the screens monitoring fairy godchildren. Timmy breaks Da Rules even more by wishing for all the girls in town to fall in love with him, perfect grades, and a money farm. The Fairy Council fires Juandissimo for failing to notice this and gives Jorgen the job and his wand back. Jorgen gets rid of Timmy's illegal wishes. Juandissimo asks Wanda if he can stay with her now that he has lost his job and his house, and Cosmo throws him in a freezer.
