Elkniwirep "Irep" Anti-Cosma-Anti-Fairywinkle (born Foop)[1] is the Anti-Fairy counterpart of Periwinkle "Peri" Fairywinkle-Cosma and is the son of Anti-Cosmo and Anti-Wanda. All three appear as major recurring antagonists in the series and act as their counterparts of Cosmo, Wanda, and Poof respectively.
Foop then made a return in The Fairly OddParents: A New Wish, with him being now an adult, going by the name "Irep", and serving the role of Dev Dimmadome's anti-fairy godparent. He is still voiced by Eric Bauza to this day.
Character[]
In the beginning, the first sentence he said was "Hello Clarice, I mean mother". He wants to destroy Poof because he doesn't want to "share the spotlight" with him (he wants to be the only fairy baby born in thousands of years, not the 2nd.) His name is the word "Poof" spelled backwards, a name he openly detests. He was born by Anti-Wanda in the episode, Anti-Poof.
In The Fairly OddParents: A New Wish, he tells Dev Dimmadome that he goes by the name "Irep" now. As an adult, Irep seems to have an evil, manipulating, confident, and sinister personality. He is shown to have a similar personality to Dev, which makes Dev more grateful to have him as his anti-fairy godparent instead of Peri.
Description[]
His older version is seen with a dark, navy blue mohawk, similar to Anti-Wanda’s hairstyle combined with Anti-Cosmo's spiked hair. He now wears a punk-like jacket and has a new anti-wand that doubles as a cane and resembles a mace, and he also still has a cube head and similar facial hair.
Background[]

Foop appears in the episode "Best of Luck", intoducing himself and reveals he has changed his name to Irep, telling Dev Dimmadome that he is his new anti-fairy godparent, telling Dev he will help him break all the rules. He gives Hazel Wells bad luck and causes many mishaps in the school, including causing a battle between him and Cosmo and Wanda, until Jorgen Von Strangle and Peri appear to send him back to Anti-Fairy World.

Irep and Dev[]
When Irep first met Dev, he tells him that he would help him break all the rules. Irep and Dev have similar personalities, as they both want to be better than anyone. They are both dumbfounded when they found out Irep has been dismissed as Dev's anti-fairy godparent.
