Hugh and Judy Neutron are Jimmy's parents in the Jimmy Neutron series and appear in all three Jimmy Timmy Power Hour specials.
Background[]
In the Jimmy Timmy Power Hour, Judy mistakes Timmy for Jimmy and attempts to ground him for making a mess in the front yard. Timmy uses Jimmy's Hypno-beam to hypnotize her, making her think she is her own version of Mighty Mom. After upgrading Goddard with Decimator, Hugh is the first person to get targeted and chased by the monster.
In Jimmy Timmy Power Hour 2: When Nerds Collide!, Calamitous froze Hugh, Judy and Goddard in carbonate when he was in Jorgen Von Strangle's body. During the party at the end, Carl asks Cosmo and Wanda to turn the shrunken Calamitous into Judy.
In Jimmy Timmy Power Hour 3: The Jerkinators!, Shirley transported Hugh, Judy and the rest of the townspeople of Retroville into his world, RetroDimmsdaleville where they meet Timmy's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Turner.
