Heather Joyce Martinez (born August 16, 1976) is a storyboard artist for The Fairly OddParents. She also worked on another Nickelodeon show "SpongeBob SquarePants" where she was the storyboard artist on "Squilliam Returns" and "New Student Starfish" as well as T.U.F.F. Puppy and The Angry Beavers.
