Production Background

She and Timmy have two major similarities.
- They both have teeth issues
  - Timmy has buck teeth and Hazel has a gap in the top row of her teeth
- Both have adult education nemeses.
  - Timmy has Mr. Crocker
  - Hazel has her principal, Ms. Krentz
- Her personality is similar to Chloe Carmichael.
  - They both have gap teeth. And are over-achieving girls.
She really likes hats a lot.
The only characters who knows about her fairies are Jasmine, Winn and Antony, and she used her rule-free wish to let them keep their memories without losing her fairies.
- Dev knew but got his memories erase as of The Battle of Big Wand.
So far the only characters from the original 2001 series she has met are Cosmo, Wanda, Poof, Jorgen, Tooth Fairy, Cupid, Vicky, A.J., Mr. Crocker, Foop, Anti-Cosmo and Anti-Wanda.
So far the only episode to have Hazel's name in the title is Hazel Wells and the Multiverse of Jenkins.
Hazel is the second African American main character after A.J.
