Description
It is a disembodied hand which bares the symbol of the Eye of Providence, which appears to be a testament to its position of power. Due to the Hocus Poconos being in black and white, the Hand of Fate's true colour is unknown.
Background
One of its responsibilities is to seal the Window of Opportunity which connects the Hocus Poconos to Fairy World. Despite having no body, it still takes lunch breaks.
