It is a disembodied hand which bears the symbol of the Eye of Providence, which appears to be a testament to its position of power. Due to the Hocus Poconos being in black and white, the Hand of Fate's true colour is unknown.
Background[]
Its one known responsibility is to seal the Window of Opportunity which connects the Hocus Poconos to Fairy World. Despite having no body, it still takes lunch breaks.
