The Hairy Hobo is an inhabitant of Cleveland. He makes an appearance in the episode, Farm Pit.

Description

The hairy hobo has clear blue eyes and thick brown eyebrows. He has gray, shaggy hair which covers most of his face and neck. He also bears a thick, ragged beard. He wears a green sweater paired with some torn jeans, and he is covered in dirt and stains due to the poverty he lives in.

Personality

The homeless man appears to be somewhat delusional, evidenced when he mumbles, "The voices are back, man...". This can also be assumed when Cosmo states that the homeless man needs his "calming down medicine," to which the hobo replies and shouts, "I WANNA GO TO FLORIDA!". Cosmo then tells him to use his inside voice.

Background

The hairy hobo is first seen in Cleveland where Cosmo, believing that Cleveland was the Magical Land of Oz and that the homeless man was the cowardly lion, drags him along on his journey to see the "wizard" along with a mop and mailbox who were deemed the "brainless scarecrow" and the "tin man." When the wizard turned out to be part of the name of a restaurant chain called The Wizard of Cod, Cosmo took him to the restaurant where the homeless man complained about being too cold. In the end of the episode, Cosmo summoned a tornado that brought the hobo back, who then sang the Magical Land of Cleve Song with Cosmo and Wanda while running off to Cleveland.
