• Timmy, Cosmo, Wanda, and Poof appeared as fishes for most of the episode.
• This is the second time Cosmo gets flushed down the toilet, the first time was in Freaks & Greeks.
• This is the second episode this season Catman appears in an episode, the first was Cat-Astrophe (except he's Ratman for this episode).
• This is the first time since Hassle in the Castle, where Timmy appears as a fish and the first time in all of the series where he's a fish for most of the episode.
• In the UK and Ireland, the shot of Timmy and his godparents spinning on the toilet before they get flushed to the sewer is darkened to prevent seizures for viewers.

Goofs

• Poof and Wanda's wands were shredded by a lawn mower however they get their wands back by the end of the episode.
• In "Fairly OddPet", Sparky told Timmy that magic dogs don't sleep, but he naps in this episode.
• Dinkleberg is misspelled as Dinkleburg in the credits.
• In this episode, Timmy's dad flushes whatever he thinks is dead down the toilet but in That's Life, when Timmy's pets died, his dad would bury them in the backyard.
