Golden Locks is a heroine that was created by Timmy Turner, who wanted to create a love interest for the Crimson Chin, only to backfire when the comics focused more on love than action.
Golden Locks is a wish-created comic hero and love interest to the Crimson Chin, created by Timmy Turner to fill a void in the depressed Chin's life. She also has a super villainous alter ego known as Hair Razor who was also created by Timmy but was removed when Timmy fell off a building and unlocked the good in her.

Golden Locks, as her name suggests, has long flowing curly blonde hair that gleams like gold with a beautiful face and shapely body to go with it, she also seems to wear a Roman or Greek-style attire which is colored pure white with gold lining. She's almost identical to DC Comics character Godiva, in appearance and powers. She also bears a resemblance to She-Ra, Wonder Woman of DC comics fame and also Starfire (Teen Titans) from the comics.

Golden Locks' massive hair is nearly indestructible and it can grow and stretch to impossible lengths. It can also take the shape of anything she wants. Along with this she also possesses the power of flight and super speed.
She has an evil alter-ego that she transforms into called the Hair Razor. She becomes this after Timmy wished for her to turn into a villain. This ego is no more since Golden is now good again. However, Golden still broke up with the Chin in the end due to the mess (since Timmy told the Chin to push him off the building) Timmy created.

Golden Locks's appearance is quite similar to Golden Glider, a member of Captain Cold's Rogues in The Flash comic books. She also has powers and a similar appearance to Godiva
Her appearance is also very similar to She-Ra, Princess of Power.
