The Giant Red Monster towers over the buildings and skyscrapers of Dimmsdale. It has a pair of white curled horns, two sets of arms, and red eyes. It also has razor sharp teeth as well as pointed claws.

In Dream Goat, Timmy wishes for the Gigantic Monster That Won't Go Away Until Timmy Tells The Truth About Chompy as a result of being sleep-deprived and being guilty over Vicky taking the blame of letting Chompy be free, forcing Cosmo and Wanda to grant the wish. The monster disappears after Timmy bravely admitted to the people of Dimmsdale that he was the one who released Chompy, not Vicky.
The Giant Red Monster was also seen throughout the video game Nicktoons Freeze Frame Frenzy. His name was revealed to be Dwayne.
