Genie Meanie Minie Mo is the twenty-seventh episode of Season 4.

Plot

Timmy discovers a magic lamp revealing Norm the Genie. Since Norm offers to grant him three rule-free wishes, Timmy accepts, but getting what he wants might be harder than he expected.

Synopsis

It's a beautiful morning and all Timmy wants is for his godparents to poof up a ham and cheese omelet for breakfast so he can destroy... OOPS! He means "enjoy" the day. But according to Wanda, breakfast is not served after 10:30. Timmy is sick of the rules. He vows not to give in until he gets what he wants. Nothing will stop him! That is, nothing except a garage sale. Timmy sees his teacher Mr. Birkenbake having a garage sale (sans garage). Timmy decides to look around, but everything has to do with something Mr. Birkenbake calls Smoof. Anyone know what it is? Anyone? Timmy finally comes across an old lava lamp and rubs off the dust. All of a sudden, things get freaky.

A genie appears from the lamp and introduces himself, but as he introduces himself, Timmy and his faeries walk away laughing. The genie, called Norm, follows them and tries to introduce himself again, but they just walk off again. Norm tells Timmy that his three wishes are rule free wishes. That catches Timmy's attention. Wanda tries to warn him that genies are tricky, but Timmy takes the genies offer. He first wishes for the earlier-craved ham and cheese omelette. Norm grants the wish, but only gives Timmy the omelet, not a plate to go with it.

Timmy goes off to have his next wish: He wishes that Trixie Tang loved Timmy Turner. Norm grants the wish, but has Trixie fall in love with every Timmy Turner in the country except our Timmy. Timmy decides to send Norm back.

But when Timmy tells Norm to get back into the lamp, Norm says he can't. He says Timmy has to make his last wish, and will then get sucked back in. Wanda warns Timmy not to let Norm trick him on the last wish. Timmy, with Norm's advice, wishes his dad had a billion dollars. Norm grants the wish, but now he has poofed up 1,000,000,000 dollars in counterfeit money for Timmy's Dad. Now the cops are after Dad. Norm tells Cosmo to catch, then throws the lamp, which Cosmo catches, causing he and Wanda, the closest magical beings to the lamp, to be sucked in. As if that wasn't bad enough, Crocker wants to buy the lamp!

Norm, elated to be out of his lamp for good, decides to go and destroy Canada because, "They've had it too good for too long". Timmy grabs a Smoof vacuum from Mr. Birkenbakes garage sale and sucks Norm into it. As it's made of Smoof, he can't get out. Timmy tells Norm to give him three more wishes, but Norm refuses. After torturing Norm by sucking various painful objects inside the vacuum, Norm finally agrees. Timmy decides to wish for someone who is as devious and cunning as a 50,000 year old genie. He wishes for a lawyer.

Fairy Mason, a fairy lawyer, appears and has Timmy and Norm sign a deal to make everything the way it was supposed to be. Norm gets sucked into the lamp and Cosmo and Wanda are freed. But Crocker decides to buy the lamp. Mr. Birkenbake asks if he wants to rub off all the dust. Uh-oh.... But luckily, Crocker decides he will send it to his Uncle Albert in Canada as is.

In Canada, Uncle Albert is given the lamp. He says he can't wait to rub it, which makes Norm happy. But the camera zooms out to show Al in a straight-jacket and locked in an asylum, incapable of rubbing it.
