Friendly Francis is a Fairly OddParents comic that was printed in the Nickelodeon Magazine special, Nickelodeon Magazine Presents All Grown Up: Angelica Turns Lucky 13.

Story

Timmy Turner wishes his bully, Francis, was friendly. But his stupidity and dangerous behavior quickly gets on Timmy, Chester, and A.J.'s nerves.
