He’s the father of the school bully, Francis. He has usually appeared in parent-teacher competitions along with his son.

He has a huge resemblance to his son Francis. He has gray skin and is very intimidating.
Background[]
Although he only appeared as a background character, he’s shown to be a criminal as he’s often seen in an aggressive state and surrounded by police. It is unknown what crime he committed to be sent to jail, but it’s likely that it was robbery or assault if he’s anything like his son. In his first appearance, "Where's Wanda?" he isn't guarded by cops, but in School's Out!: The Musical, he’s escorted by police men and is moved in a cop car. In the episode "Teeth For Two", Francis was chasing Timmy to rip off his teeth so in that way he could get rich and get his dad out of jail. It’s implied that his criminal life influenced his son.
