Fairy World Prisons are locations in Fairy World where prisoners are kept. Multiple prisons have appeared in Fairy World over the series, often varying from episode to episode, until Season 6.
Fairy World Jail
Fairy World Jail is the dungeon where Cosmo and Wanda are detained in School's Out!: The Musical.
Background
It resembles a real dungeon. However, it also has an interrogation room. We get introduced to the Fairy World Maximum Security Prison where Anti-Cosmo is being held there for his crimes. In this episode, Cosmo needs a Fagiggly Gland transplant and can only get it from his Anti-Fairy counterpart who is being held there.

Background
This is where all the Anti-Fairies were being held (aside from Anti-Cosmo), until Anti-Cosmo and Professor Finbarr Calamitous snuck in and freed the entire prison.
