Elmer's Girlfriend is a girl Elmer is seen dating in two episodes (one in Season 3, and the other in Season 5). Little is known about her aside for the fact that she also has a boil.

Elmer and his girlfriend ice-skating together in "Just the Two of Us!"
She only appeared briefly in the episodes, "Love Struck" and "Just the Two of Us!". Nothing else is known about her.
Description[]
She has brownish-red hair in pigtails, green eyes, a turtleneck shirt (which is yellow in "Love Struck" and green in "Just the Two of Us!"), and a massive boil on her face just like Elmer's.
Background[]
Elmer appears with this girl in a brief scene in Love Struck, where they embrace in a hug, causing their boils to press against each other and form a heart shape. She is also briefly seen ice-skating with Elmer in Just the Two of Us!
She has not been seen or heard from since as she did not even appear as Elmer's date for the dance in Stupid Cupid.
