  • This is the second time Timmy kisses Tootie. The first was in "Birthday Wish".

  • Back to the Future - At the beginning, when Timmy returned from time-traveling, the time machine he used was a DeLorean; which is a reference to the time machine used in the movie.
  • Scooby-Doo! - When Tootie, Crocker and Dark Laser chase Timmy through multiple doors, they make a reference to the motif used in the chase sequences.
    • During the chase, a headless man riding a horse was chasing a teen and his dog which are similar to Shaggy and Scooby. Adding by, the Headless man is an enemy in Scooby-Doo!

Running Gags

  • Tootie trying to kiss Timmy.
  • Mr. Turner trying to sell his sock monkeys.
  • Someone asking Mr. Turner if sock monkeys can talk or fight.

Goofs

  • When Timmy was about to take his breakfast, there was a bowl of cereal on the table, but Mrs. Turner served him Bacon and Money instead of cereal.
  • At one point, Dark Laser is killed, but Wanda brings him back to life. This is not possible, because Da Rules say that you can't bring someone dead back to life unless the laser transformed Dark Laser into dust instead of vaporizing him.
  • How can Tootie not see Cosmo and Wanda when she entered the treehouse?
  • In Twistory, 3 Presidents were gone for only a couple of minutes, but soon history changed, but Abraham Lincoln was in Timmy's time the entire episode however history wasn't affected.
  • In two scenes, Tootie's glasses were white.
