Disney Branded Television is a unit of the Disney General Entertainment Content division of The Walt Disney Company. This is the unit responsible for Disney's children's networks and content, including the Disney Channel, Disney XD and Disney Jr.
While these networks are competitors to Nickelodeon, The Fairly OddParents! has actually aired on both Disney Channel and Disney XD in some international markets. This is a result of Nelvana having international distribution rights for the first five seasons of the series, Nickelodeon and competitor Cartoon Network being Pay TV, as opposed to Disney, which is free, and Nickelodeon flat out not being available in some countries at the time, such as Japan.
Disney Channel[]

For more infomation, see Disney Channel on Wikipedia.
Disney Channel is the flagship network of the Disney Branded Television unit.
The first five seasons of The Fairly OddParents! aired on this channel in Latin America and many parts of Europe. The show also aired here in Japan from 2010 to 2014 due to the closure of Nickelodeon Japan in 2009.
Disney XD[]

Disney XD (formerly known as Jetix, Fox Kids) is a children's TV network run by the Disney Branded Television unit. This channel is generally aimed at older children (ages six to eleven years old).
In Europe and Latin America, Disney XD originally launched as Fox Kids in the late 90's by Fox Family Worldwide. In 2001, Disney and ABC would purchase the Fox Family Worldwide division from its parent company Fox. With the purchase, the Fox Kids name was phased out in those markets favor of the Jetix brand by 2004. Jetix itself was rebranded to Disney XD in 2009 (or Disney Channel in select markets, such as a Czech Republic).

The first five seasons of The Fairly OddParents! originally aired on this channel in Latin America, Brazil, Spain, the Czech Republic, Sweden, Finland and Norway. From Season 6 onwards, Nickelodeon would handle international distribution, and thus generally limit future episodes to their own channels, though Jetix/Disney XD would still generally hold the rights to rerun the first five seasons in many markets, and would do so into the late 2010s.
Since then, all these networks have either phased the series out and/or been shut down because of the decline in cable networks globally. Of the above channels, only the Czech Republic's Disney Channel is still on the air, which has since ceased reruns of the series.
Latin America[]
In Latin America the series would begin premiering new episodes on Nickelodeon's Latin American channel from "Mooooving Day" in Season 5 onwards. However, Jetix (and later Disney XD) would maintain the rights to the first four seasons and Season 5 up to Crash Nebula (with Nick only holding the rights to air and rerun episodes after that point in that market). Disney XD would continue to air reruns in Latin America until the network was shut down in Latin America on March 31st, 2022. FOP was the longest running series on the channel in the region, running regularly from 2002 to 2018, with occasional reruns after that.
