Nancy, better known as Crusher McPerson Crusher, is a professional wrestler.

Crusher is a 450 lb. wrestler that once fought against Mr. Turner (under the wrestling name of Pencil Pusher) in the Dimmadome and defeated him.
Crusher was mentioned to have flunked school because of pencils, with a flashback of her childhood showing her attempting to write on a piece of paper, but breaking every pencil she had, though this could be a backstory of her wrestling persona. In addition to pencils, Crusher also hates parents, but despite this, she also appears to have a son, as Crusher appeared with him at Dimmsdale Elementary School during Career Day.
Description[]
Prior to the transformation, Crusher was a shirtless man with a large, muscular build, appearing even larger than other adults in both size and height. She wore a red luchador mask with a yellow lightning on it, black pants and sneakers.
After being accidentally transformed into a woman by Timmy, Nancy grows blonde hair, long eyelashes, and makeup. She wears a flowery purple dress with a pink belt. She also carries a pink purse around. That said, she is still very large and muscular.

Crusher fought against Mr. Turner's "Pencil Pusher" wrestling persona and defeated him very easily by chewing on his pencil costume, throwing him towards the ceiling, and finally breaking his costume in half (as well as his spine). Crusher is shown to be very strong, as she crushed a heckler with her bare hands, flicked the wrestling match commentator off the table with Mr. Turner's body, and managed to effortlessly pin him down with her index finger.
In the episode "Mr. Right!", Crusher suddenly appears behind Francis where she beats up Francis and yells "Who's the Man!", to which Timmy says "Not you". This results in Crusher being transformed into a woman, after which she leaves the scene. She appears at the end of the episode, revealing that she's now Francis' girlfriend and beats up Timmy.
