The Nelvana logo
Nelvana Digital Enterprises Limited is a Canadian entertainment company and studio founded on July 30, 1991, known for its work in children's animation. The company was purchased by Corus in 2000.
It is the international distributor of most episodes from the first five seasons of The Fairly OddParents, and as such sells networks the rights to air those episodes. This has resulted in the series being aired on alternative channels, even Nickelodeon U.S. competitors such as Disney Channel and Jetix/Disney XD in some international markets.
YTV[]
For more information, see YTV on Wikipedia.

YTV Logo
YTV is a Canadian English-language Category A cable and satellite youth oriented specialty channel. Its programming consists of original live-action and animated television series, movies, and third-party programming from Nickelodeon and other distributors.
It served as the only Canadian channel to air Nickelodeon programming until 2009, when Corus launched Nickelodeon Canada. YTV, however, still has the rights to air most of Nickelodeon's original programming, including all seasons of OddParents, since Nickelodeon Canada is considered the sister channel to YTV. The channel regularly aired and even premiered episodes in Canada from as late as Season 10.
