Cookie is a minor character in The Fairly OddParents: A New Wish. She’s a fairy who was originally intended to be Hazel Wells' fairy godmother before the job was intercepted by Cosmo and Wanda. She first appears in The Department of Magical Violations.

Cookie is a dark-skinned and somewhat curvy fairy with dark blue hair and olive-green eyes. She wears light cyan lipstick and eyeshadow, a purple dress, and light blue heels. She often wears her pet, a little pink ferret named Furray, around her neck like a boa.
Personality[]
Cookie is a sassy and somewhat arrogant fairy who is proud of her title as "the most efficient fairy". However, it's ultimately revealed that she doesn't actually care about any of the kids she is assigned to and just grants them whatever she thinks they will like based on her generalized preconceived notions instead of actually listening to them.

- Cookie in terms of personality and outfit somewhat resembles Blonda, Wanda's twin sister from the original series.
- She is the first new fairy and godparent seen in The Fairly OddParents: A New Wish.
