Chuckles The Fairy Eating Cockatiel is a large multi-colored bird wished up by Joshua Appleby. Young Joshua had made the wish secretly in the year 1986. In addition to having an appetite for fairies, he also shoots lasers. He, apparently, will also eat humans as he nearly consumed Denzel Crocker in the Hocus Poconos. Because this wish was so dangerous, every wish was recorded and monitored and secret wishes were forbidden.
