Chuckles the Fairy Eating Cockatiel is a large multi-colored bird wished up by Joshua Applebee.

He has the power to shoot lasers out of his eyes and then he was placed in Hocus Poconos with many others. In addition to having an appetite for fairies, he also shoots lasers. He apparently will also eat humans as he nearly consumed Denzel Crocker in the Hocus Poconos. Because this wish was so dangerous, every wish was recorded and monitored and secret wishes were forbidden.

Young Joshua had made the wish secretly on December 19, 1986. He's a giant cockatiel that eats fairies. He almost ate Denzel Crocker but he got stuck in the middle of his throat and Poof saved him. He also almost ate Timmy Turner because he pretended to be a fairy and then The Fairy Council freed him from the Hocus Poconos. Chuckles' fate is unknown.
