Chip's Pad is a penthouse where singing sensation Chip Skylark resides.

This home, located on the top level of a skyscraper, is where Chip Skylark lives when he is not singing and going on concert tours. It was shown briefly in the episode, "Chip Off The Old Chip" after Chip had lost his career and had nothing else to do but remain at home (This was due to Timmy swapping his voice with Chip's so that the former could win the lead role in his school play without a problem).

Chip's Pad is a penthouse located on the top floor of a very tall building in Dimmsdale, and features a swimming pool with diving board, helicopter pad, and a large sign that says "Chip's Pad". Inside, one of the walls is entirely plated glass windows, and Chip also has a metal indoor fireplace and a phone shaped exactly like him. Apparently he likes to keep not that much stuff around his pad, hinted in "Chip Off The Old Chip," presumably because he's actually broke (as revealed in "Boys In The Band").
