• The game that Viv and Roy play in the beginning of the episode that Roy is very good at is Slap Attack.
• Viv has a Blu-ray copy of The Lion King 2½: Simba's a Lawyer Now.
• According to Rachel, Ty has "the feeling", which happens once a month and is when a semi-professional dancer has a big feeling that they have to dance out in order to move on with their lives.
  • When Roy was 7-years-old, his mother had "the feeling" while driving the car and he had to grab the wheel.
• The clear phone from the theme song is mentioned as the prize for the Mother-Daughter duo selling the most cookies.
