When Timmy woke up after the Amnesia day of F.L.A.R.G., he realized he couldn’t remember anything from what Mark Chang described as the best party ever, which was even stranger because he had a heart shaped tattoo with the name "Carly" on it. Later in the episode, as Timmy is trying to run as far as possible to avoid Mark Chang throwing up on him, he runs into a beautiful woman named Carly who has Timmy's name tattooed on her shoulder. But just as the two eye one another, Timmy starts running again.

- Carly is the name of one of Butch Hartman's daughters.
- Carly used to be the name of Veronica in the early draft of "A Wish Too Far!".
- Carly is in love with Timmy, and they seem to be in a relationship, as seen in the story, but strangely, Carly is a grownup and Timmy is a kid.
- Carly shares the same design as the woman used to distract the guards in the season 4 episode "Parent Hoods", except with a different palette.
