The Camp Cream Puff Leader is a member of the Sugar Cream Puffs who only appeared in the Oh Yeah! Cartoons short, Scout's Honor.
Character[]
She seems to be portrayed as German, with a stereotypical accent, and wanting Vicky to gather firewood so she can make her "famous sauerkraut." She also treated the Cream Puffs like an army, with the campground having barbed wire around it.
Description[]
She is a big, tall woman with thick legs and arms. Her legs are hairy and has a bandage on it, and she has a scar running across her head. Her hair is black and is done up in a bun somewhat similarly to how Wanda's hair is. She has bad teeth and nails, along with a noticeable 5 o'clock shadow.
She is only seen wearing the first Sugar Cream Puff uniform, with a light yellow dress, white undershirt and black belt. The outfit also has a yellow hat with a Cream Puff on top of it. She wears yellow socks and brown hiking shoes.
Rubble[]
Rubble is the Leader's pet dog. He seems to be a large grey Rottweiler with a spiked collar. He starts chasing after the girls the moment he is let go by his owner and is also seen chasing them later in the episode.

In Scout's Honor, she first appears, complimenting the Cream Puffs on building a strong camp, and then calls Vicky so she can gather firewood to make a strong meal. She then addresses the girls, saying they should play with her dog, Rubble, because he needs the exercise.
Trivia[]
- She seems to be one of the few adults that genuinely makes Vicky nervous.
