Butterfly Nets is a device that catches butterflies through the net. It is often used to capture Fairies and can prevent fairies from using fairy magic. When a fairy is captured through a butterfly net, fairy magic will be useless and cannot be used. Therefore, it is one of the main weaknesses of every fairy.

Butterfly nets first appeared in Abra-Catastrophe!, where Jorgen Von Strangle became frightened upon seeing a butterfly net and started whacking it with Binky as the tool. Wanda revealed that Butterfly nets are one of the many things that Fairy Magic is unaffected by due to them being able to capture anything with wings. Crocker used a hi-tech butterfly net to capture Wanda.
