Blonda Fairywinkle is Wanda's "identical yet somehow hotter" twin sister who, according to Wanda, chose the "easy life" by becoming an actress. Blonda stars in a Fairy World soap opera called All My Biceps, which is Jorgen Von Strangle's favorite show.
She is the only fairy in Fairywood that has never won a Zappy Award and was one of the judges on Fairy Idol, when it was revealed that she isn't a natural blond.
This questions how her name can be "Blonda", but it could be possible that "Blonda" is her stage name.
Blonda is almost completely identical to Wanda in appearance, but she is usually wearing much more expensive looking clothing, and has blond hair which was revealed to be a dye job, her real hair color is brunette.
She is also the sister-in-law of Cosmo Cosma, Wanda's husband.
In her first appearence, Blonda was voiced by Susan Blakeslee (who also voices Wanda), in later episodes, she is portrayed by Tara Strong (who also voices Poof Cosma and Timmy Turner)
