Bill Gates is the inventor of Internet and a former godson of Cosmo and Wanda. He has made two appearences in the show: "Father Time" and "Hassle in the Castle". In Father Time, he is shown returning from traveling in time with younger Cosmo and Wanda from the 40's just in time when Timmy was arriving in the 70's. In this episode he has the idea of creating Internet. In Hassle in the Castle, he is shown in a portrait in the Hall of Fame in Cosmo and Wanda's castle, impliyng that he was a good godchild.
