Billy Crystal-Ball is a fairy celebrity and the host for the Fairy World show, This is Your Wish.
Character
Billy Crystal Ball is a recurring minor character that is a parody of actor Billy Crystal who is known for roles in various television series as well as hosting the real life Academy Awards. Billy Crystal Ball is introduced as the host of the Zappy awards.
Description
When he first appeared, Billy Crystal Ball had bluish hair. However, when he appeared in "Wishology!", it was changed to brunette. He wears a shirt and tie similar to Cosmo's, except light blue color like his hair. In his first appearance in the Oh Yeah! Cartoons short, "The Zappys!", he has more hair which is shown to be curlier, and wears the same colored blue suit with a bow tie.

Billy Crystal Ball was introduced in the episode, "The Zappys!", where he is the host of the Zappy awards. He is easily intimidated by Jorgen Von Strangle into giving him most of the awards, and ends up badly injured by him toward the end of the episode, but after a touching moment between Timmy Turner and his fairies, Cosmo and Wanda, he awards the last Zappy to them instead of Jorgen. He would later appear in the episode, "This is Your Wish" as the host of said show, deciding whether or not Cosmo should continue being one of Timmy's Fairy Godparents or sent home to live with his mother. Billy Crystal Ball's final appearance was during the television movie, "Wishology!".
