Betty Quinlan is a cameo character of When Nerds Collide! and The Jerkinators!. She is a fellow student at Lindbergh Elementary School and was Jimmy's love interest before Cindy.

In Jimmy Timmy Power Hour 2: When Nerds Collide!, she makes a cameo at beginning preparing for the dance and at the end where she is seen dancing with all the other kids.
In Jimmy Timmy Power Hour 3: The Jerkinators!, Betty is one of the students zapped by Shirley after he poofs Lindbergh Elementary School away to RetroDimmsdaleville. However, she is never seen in that dimension physically.
