- Anti-Fairies causing bad luck was also brought back from "That Old Black Magic."
Early episode synopsis in leaked June 2023 delivery schedule.
- According to an early episode synopsis, the original plot for the episode would've had Hazel wish to be lucky, resulting in Irep showing up to make everyone around her unlucky.
- Hazel and Dev are enemies again after the events of the episode "Operation: birthday takeback".
- It is revealed that Dev has a crush on Bev.
- If, somehow, an Anti-Fairy is able to grant wishes, they can grant wishes that go against Da Rules. This makes sense, since, being the opposite of fairies, Da Rules shouldn't apply to them.
- When Irep appears in front of Cosmo and Wanda, They were both shocked and called him by his original name, Foop, much to his annoyance and corrects them to tell them that he goes by Irep, indicating they weren't aware that Foop changed his name.
- Even though Peri's design completely changed after growing up, Irep has a square head, keeping the square feature he had as a baby.
- His "wand" appears to be a mace, which mirrors Peri's wand being a cane. In the original show, Foop had a wand that was a bottle of baby formula, as opposed to Poof, who had a rattle.
Allusions
- Rock Paper Scissors - TBA
- 'The Luck of the Irish - Hazel got a terrible case of Bad Luck is similar to the Disney Channel's Original Movies film where both main characters gotten bad luck.
Continuity & Easter Eggs
- Irep exploits the loophole from "Fairy Idol" that says that if a fairy godparent quits, any magical creature can fill the position.
Running Gags
Errors
- Why did Jorgen only show up after Dev wished for Cosmo and Wanda to be nothing, and not when Irep started granting wishes for Dev in the first place?
- In order for Irep to take Peri’s place, he must win a singing contest in order to be Dev’s Anti-Fairy. But since Peri never gave 2 weeks' notice, that must mean that the contest does not apply in this case.
- Irep helps Dev nearly turn Cosmo and Wanda into nothing, but since Anti-Fairies cannot exist without their Fairy versions, that meant that Irep doing so would've killed his own parents.
