Beach Bummed! is the twenty-third episode of Season 4.

Plot

After being bullied by Francis several times at the beach, Timmy Turner wishes he was the strongest guy on the beach to get revenge and to try to impress Trixie Tang. He's successful, but things go wrong when stronger and stronger guys step on the beach, which starts to turn Timmy into a sea-monster! To make matters worse, Cosmo and Wanda lost their wands, and are stuck as crabs at a restaurant, ready to be eaten!

Timmy gets jealous of Francis because he just took Trixie away from him. And because the lifeguards are taking their sweet time getting here and only the Dimmsdale Seamonster Response Team (arguing that they are not a waste of money) being no help, Timmy wishes that he was the strongest guy on the beach and grew huge muscles. Unfortunately, he accidentally causes his fairies to lose their wands. But Timmy is more concerned about getting some payback than helping them. He quickly locks Francis away in sand bars. But after a day of fun, Francis drives up with a bulldozer with a huge ton of sand. Timmy points out that the lifeguards won't let drive a bulldozer. Cutting to the lifeguards, they are apparently running on water, looking very good. Francis then dumps the sand on Timmy and heats it into glass. But nearby, Mr. Bickles is opening a new crab restaurant. As soon as his spokesperson, Mr. Galaxy, steps on the beach to cut the opening ribbon, Timmy spontaneously grows larger muscles, allowing him to break free and scare off Francis. Because he wished to be the strongest guy on the beach, therefore, when Mr. Galaxy stepped onto the beach, he became stronger than him. Unfortunately, he's too strong, which freaks out Trixie so Timmy rushes to his godparents to undo the wish. Not meaning to jinx anything, Wanda points out that unless a whale washes up on the beach, things can't get any worse. After some digging, they find the wands, only for Cosmo and Wanda stuck as crabs at Bickles' restaurant. When he asks for someone to pinch him, Cosmo obliges and pinches his nose, compelling an annoyed Bickles to cook him first. Timmy attempts to go to their rescue, only for Francis to drive up with a truck full of sand. But before it could be dumped on him, as if to jinx the situation, a whale washes up, causing Timmy to grow stronger. As his speech turns to grunts, he takes one step and causes a sand shockwave that sends Francis' truck into the water, which in turn splashes Timmy in seaweed. Immediately, the SRT advance on him after he rescues Cosmo and Wanda. Rushing to their wands and hiding beneath a bunch of umbrellas, Timmy wishes himself back to his wimpy self before telling the SRT that they are a waste of money. Francis attempts to take advantage of this, only for Timmy to throw seaweed on him and sic the SRT on him. Once the lifeguards finally arrive, Timmy reminds them that he needed them ten and a half minutes ago. The lifeguards ignored him, for running slow makes them look good. As the lifeguards head towards the watch station, Timmy, his fairies and Bickles try out running slowly to run on water.
