Baby Boulevard is a little infant girl from Chincinnati.

Information

Description

A small baby wearing a (sometimes dirty) extra absorbent diaper. She has a round head and orange hair.

Personality

At the beginning she were seems happy and joyful, but after Crimson Chin were telling about his dreams how he's gonna conquer the love of her aunt Beverly. They both seemed surprised, then Beverly dumps her niece on under Crimson Chin's care and ran out, after he asks himself "how much trouble can one baby could be?" it were seems like she jealous of him or something else.

At that very moment, Baby Boulevard smiles but then pukes all over crimson chin, and smiles. But then poops her diaper causing it to become lumpy and sag past her legs, which she makes a surprised face at, seeming shocked at how much she pooped her diaper. Crimson says "well now that it's empty at least things can't get any worse" which causes the baby to cry from the comment and didn't like her diaper or she were pretending to exhaust him, wanting it changed. she stopped crying when she was laid down on the desk with her full diaper on display, Crimson changed the diaper wrong the first time putting it on her head, causing the baby to panic, then wrong the second leaving her completely naked and confusing her, and making her laugh when she saw it was on his chin, then changed it right the third time making her smile, when he sighed tired. Then H2Olga was screaming for help to trap the hero, Crimson Chin takes her with him and she's really likes the fly.

when they arrive they see it is h20lga, the Crimson Chin makes a hero speech, which makes the baby giggle,

When H2Olga knocks out Crimson Chin, she got the baby by her water slide, although the baby girl doesn't seem afraid of the strangers as most babies haves.

After H2Olga punches the hero, Baby Boulevard laughs and the villain proud by thinking that evil makes her giggling, H20lga hangs the baby by her diaper on a flagpole in off-screen, which the baby doesn't seem to mind, but not for long after Crimson Chin notices that her diaper is absorbent, and when he's got released from villain's hand, he grabs the Baby girl then absorbs all of the water in which were making her to giggling even more, as her diaper inflated with water,

When H2Olga were swearing to Chin that she will get out of here, which made the baby have a confused face at, but it was interrupted by Baby Boulevard, making a surprised face as she pooped her diaper again. Judging by Baby's relived face and smile, after messing her diaper, it seems like she enjoys using her diaper to help Crimson Chin fight crime, and when Chin told that the baby girl just go to show her if she lives in crime, she'll always be "number 2" which were insinuating Baby Boulevard pooping her diaper twice for the rest of the episode, and her being with Crimson Chin, her babysitter, and then they've laughed together.

Trivia

She's the first female character that have puked and pooped her diaper in the series.
It's unknown what's her first name since Beverly neither Crimson Chin never mentioned it.
Despite that Beverly called this baby as her niece, which really proves that this toddler is a girl, Crimson Chin weren't stating her by her or him, eventually she is a girl.
It seems that the baby purposely puked on crimson chin but messed her diaper on accident and didn't like her dirty diaper in the beginning.
It's unknown if she did liked to stay in the poopy diaper or not at the beginning since she seems were trying to show Chin what trouble can be with one baby girl, and she sure barfed on him on purpose, but with pooping are remains an secret.
She doesn't afraid of any strangers just like that, as this is why Beverly needed a babysitter to look after her niece.
It's unknown why she didn't came back again, but whatever it was are maybe have caused Beverly not to meeting Crimson Chin ever again by the mysterious reason.

Background

In Crime Wave, her aunt Beverly Boulevard leaves her in the care of the Crimson Chin. Later she was kidnapped by H2Olga who wanted to raise her as an evil minion.

During the climax of the episode, the Crimson Chin notices that her diaper is extra absorbent, and uses the diaper to absorb all the water that was flooding Chincinnati and then H2Olga herself. She temporarily defeated H2Olga when she pooped in her diaper while the super villainess was still trapped inside the diaper. Making a face and unloading into her diaper, H2Olga screams after Baby Boulevard farts and poops. The Crimson Chin then notes to H2Olga that if she lives a life of crime she will always be number two. The Chin and The Baby laugh together at this before the screen changes to reality.
