The Anti-Fairy Council is a group of supreme beings that control the Anti-Fairies and Anti-Fairy World.
Character
They are the rulers of Anti-Fairies and Anti-Fairy World. They are the council that appears towards the beginning of A Fairly Odd Summer.
Unlike their cartoon counterparts, they are more evil and more like Anti-Fairies than the other council. It is possible that they are the real council and the other council was a replacement.
Description
They are blue and wear black robes.
Personality
They are evil. They do not care about anyone, but themselves. They want everyone to do what they say, no matter if they have taken a key component of the plan.
Background
Foop is summoned to the Fairy Council and the council ridicules him for not destroying Timmy Turner, Cosmo, Wanda, and Poof. They take away his bottle and make him take the source of all power for Fairies, Abracadabrium. They tell him that he cannot touch it because it makes anyone who touches it good, but since Anti-Fairies are pure evil, it destroys them.
