• This episode, along with Two and a Half Babies, was originally going to air August 1, but changed to July 25 instead.
• This is the fourth episode in Season 9 where Denzel Crocker does not appear in at any moment.
• The episode's plot is similar to that of "Mother Nature", except this time, Mr. Turner is the one who becomes the new weatherman.
• As Timmy stated that it is his fault for driving Chet Ubetcha in the woods, he looks directly at the audience, breaking the fourth wall.
  • Innuendo: There was also no news cameraman to see Chet Ubetcha being naked, so Chet looks at the TV audience and tells them to cover their eyes to not see him naked.
• This and its sister episode both use the same track at the end for both episodes.

Running Gags

• Dad walking with Chet Ubetcha's high heeled shoes.
• Chet Ubetcha thinking he is going crazy.
• Cosmo getting attacked by a fox.

Goofs

• Turkey doesn't cause us to feel sleepy. Usually after eating a thanksgiving dinner, people feel sleepy not from the turkey but more likely from eating so much and participating in tiring post dinner events. So just taking a bite of turkey would not make you pass out right then and there.
• When Timmy comes home from the outskirts, Mr. Turner's tie is mistakenly colored red.
• On the #1 Lawn trophy, Dinkleberg's name is misspelled as "Dinkleburg".
